July 2021 Wallpaper

Normally we spend the end of June dreaming of the hottest days of summer. This year we were living it. 2021 always found ways to be a little bit different. Western Canada just had the hottest day in the recorded history of the entire country. It’s been hot, but it finally began to cool down yesterday. Regardless of this, we’re happy summer is here. July is the time for summer vacations, camping, and sitting on the edge of the water somewhere. We thought this picture might help us cool off a little bit. Today, we’re showcasing our latest desktop wallpaper for July 2021 with a picture from Vancouver’s trendy Kits Beach. This is a summertime hangout for the locals and a great place to enjoy the sunshine.

We’re welcoming July with open arms. We have lots of fun adventures planned now that we’re allowed to leave the house and explore the world. Were excited to stretch our legs a little bit for the summer and fall this year. This optimistic summer of adventure begins now. July is a colourful month, so we wanted to reflect that with our selection for our featured wallpaper. Exploring the outdoors is one of the things that will occupy the minds of many people this summer. We actually have quite a few road trips planned in the near future. Vancouver has several great beaches to sit and soak in the sunshine, and few compare to Kits beach.

We’re pretty happy that It’s hard to believe that we’re almost in July already. Just over a week ago, we crossed the threshold from Spring into Summer. Now that summer has officially arrived, it’s time to get outside and enjoy the weather.

Summertime

It’s time to kick back and relax. Find a shoreline, dip your toes in the water and keep yourself hydrated and fresh. We plan on spending a few days this summer exploring lakes and finding new beaches to enjoy. Vancouver is blessed with both beaches and mountains. It’s possible to hike to the top of mountain peaks in the morning and watch the sun go down on the beach in the evening.

While there are many hidden gems located on the west coast, there is no secret that Kits Beach is one of the finest. This locale is one of the most popular places for locals and tourists to take in the sunshine. Especially after watching the temperatures rise to just under 40 degrees, this refreshing beach photo hits the spot. It makes me feel refreshed.

British Columbia has featured often during our desktop wallpapers in the past, including the top of Crown Mountain and the bottom of the Stawamis Chief.

Squamish is located along the Sea to Sky highway, 60 km north of Vancouver, and home to one of the most popular hikes in BC. The Chief is a natural rock formation that towers above the Squamish River Valley and Howe sound below. This granite monolith stands 700 meters tall, with the rocky face of the mountain showing off to the surrounding areas.

We plan to take advantage of your surroundings and explore locally this summer. We hope our latest desktop wallpaper will help to inspire your wanderlust. Creating beautiful desktop wallpapers is a monthly feature that we have been working on for 2019, showcasing pictures from some of the amazing places we have traveled over the last few years. We hope you enjoy our latest installment! Stay tuned for our August wallpaper coming soon.
